I want people not to suffer. Life is hard enough. If I can take a few minutes to help to save someone suffering for a few hours it makes me happy.

When you scroll down and you see the purple area, I need more links than that. But what she meant was buttons. She just didn’t have the word buttons in the context of web design.

Actively listening is important because it does more than earn trust—it earns loyalty and even love for who you are and what you do. We tell the truth. There are many inconenient truths about online marketing … not everyone needs SEO and those that do usually need a lot less than what folks want to sell them. We empathize because most times the client doesn’t have the right words and they want a place that’s safe. And we take all those soft skills we’ve learned over 20 years to help create a website that makes their clients feel valued and safe else they’re not going to pick up the phone! so our clients can more effectively convey they’re worth trusting.

Almost every time they call because something bad happened with their current desire. Most call because someone wasn’t getting done, but they said they would get done most of the time they call because someone didn’t keep their promise to be. It’s easier to find someone who’s technically competent. It’s hard to find someone who can take the time and express things in a way that make you that make you both notable uncomfortable .It’s always a customer service issue. Something happened with their design. Something bad happened with their designer… Sometimes it’s five designers with three designs, design program copyright everything. Reliable and trustworthy.
